Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-05-13. Pull Shoot is operated by Foundry Peak, LLC.

1. The service

Pull Shoot is a platform for organizing sporting clay events — selling tickets and sponsorships, scoring live, running silent auctions, generating 501(c)(3) tax receipts, and disbursing funds. We provide the platform; you provide your event, your roster, and (when applicable) your bank account.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use Pull Shoot, and the organizer/captain creating an account must be authorized by the organization they represent.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Pull Shoot to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass other users, send spam, attempt to circumvent our security, or run unrelated workloads on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend any account or event for material breach of these terms or for activity that endangers other users or the platform.

4. Money: payments, disbursements, fees

Buyers pay through our integrated Stripe checkout. Funds collect in the Pull Shoot platform Stripe account and are disbursed to the organizing entity's connected Stripe Express account after the event, minus any applicable platform fees displayed in the org's billing settings. Stripe handles card processing, refunds, chargebacks, and KYC; their terms apply to those activities. During beta, Pull Shoot is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees with reasonable notice. If you don't agree to a fee change, you may close your account and we'll disburse any net proceeds owed to you within the standard payout window.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Ticket and sponsorship refunds are at the organizer's discretion unless required by law or the organizer purchased the optional refund-protection upsell at checkout. Chargebacks initiated through a buyer's card issuer are processed by Stripe; the organizer is responsible for any chargeback amounts and Stripe's chargeback fees on completed events. We will provide event documentation on request to help organizers dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Your content

You own the event details, rosters, logos, photos, and other content you upload. You grant Pull Shoot a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell user content to third parties.

7. AI features

Pull Shoot includes AI-assisted scorecard import that reads photos of paper scorecards via Cloudflare's Workers AI. AI output is suggestive and may be incorrect; the organizer is responsible for reviewing extracted values before applying them to scoresheets. We do not train models on your data.

8. Service availability

Pull Shoot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance or release changes that briefly affect availability. We will give reasonable notice for planned disruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry Peak, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Pull Shoot. Our total liability arising under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@pullshoot.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Upon termination, we'll disburse any net proceeds owed and provide reasonable assistance in exporting your event data; after a reasonable retention window your data may be deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Pull Shoot after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida, unless prohibited by your local consumer-protection law.
